GINA MENICHINO | Founder + Artistic Director

Gina Menichino is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator whose career has taken her from Los Angeles to New York City, working throughout the commercial dance industry and teaching at some of the country’s leading dance studios.

After years of performing, choreographing, and mentoring dancers, Gina created GEM Dance Hub to bring a different approach to dance training to Tampa Bay- one that combines strong technical foundations with artistry, performance, on-camera experience, and real-world industry insight.

Her vision for GEM is simple: give dancers the training, guidance, and opportunities to discover what they’re capable of- and the space to become artists who are uniquely their own.

THE GEM PHILOSOPHY

TRAIN WITH INTENTION.
CREATE WITH INDIVIDUALITY.
BECOME MORE THAN A DANCER.

GEM combines strong technical training with artistry, performance, camera experience, mentorship and creative development.

◇
Training should be rigorous without losing the joy of dance.
◇
Artistry should be developed—not copied.
◇
Community should feel supportive, not competitive.
◇
Every dancer should leave more confident than when they arrived.
